2020 CSRC Meeting
It is Regional Council Meeting time again! This year, the CSRC is hosting an online meeting from November 6-7, 2020 via Zoom.
The 2020 CSRC Meeting Planning Team are busy working to offer a wonderful online experience where we can be together in this time of the pandemic where we have not otherwise been able to meet.

Communion During Service
There will be Communion during the Celebration of Ministry service on Saturday night. Please have your own elements ready beside you and feel free to light your own Christ Candle.

Celebration of Ministry Service
This year, the Celebration of Ministry Service will be held online after the meeting on Saturday, November 7th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. There may be people in the CSRC that would like be part of the service but are not in the meeting. Not to worry… we have arranged for you to view it on YouTube. Click on the button below to go to the CSRC YouTube Channel where you can watch the service.

For those of you in the meeting, if you feel so inclined, there will be a time from 6:15 p.m. until 6:55 p.m. to come in the meeting early to join a breakout room for conversations with people you may not know or have not seen or talked to in a while. More details will be forthcoming at the end of business on Saturday afternoon.
Want to Wish the Retirees Well?
There are 5 retirees this year in the CSRC and we have an new option to send them well wishes. If this is something you would like to participate in, click on the button below the name of the Retiree that you would like to send a message to. It will take you to a page where you may add a public comment to. Click on any of the buttons below to view an example (to leave a message, click on the pink circle in the bottom right-hand corner of the person’s page of messages).

Zoom for the Regional Council Meeting
Wondering about how things are going to run in the Zoom regional meeting? We have created a Zoom tip sheet for you to review before attending the CSRC Regional meeting.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THIS BEFORE THE MEETING.
It goes over such things as when and how to join the meeting, how to participate using the participants panel and chat box, outlines the process of how we will be voting, and where to find help on the day of the meeting.

Theme Hymn for the 2020 CSRC Meeting
Rev. Dr. William Steadman has graciously created a theme hymn for our 2020 CSRC Meeting entitled, “Growing the Connections.” Bill has given churches in our Region permission to use the lyrics for the next year (ending Dec. 2021) and if you would like to use them after that, you must contact Bill directly for permission.
The hymn has been recorded at Trinity UC in Capreol, Ontario with choir members from Trinity – Capreol, Onaping Falls PC, and several other churches in the Sudbury area. Faye Moffatt is directing the choir and is the musical director on the 2020 CSRC Meeting Worship Team.
