About the United Church Camps
Camping is an important ministry in Canadian Shield Regional Council and The United Church of Canada. For over 85 years, people of all ages have come to United Church camps to develop leadership skills, experience the outdoors, have fun, build community and deepen their faith in God. It is part of the larger Faith Formation Ministry within the region and works to connect camps with campers. If individuals or groups are interested in grants to support your camping activities, please contact one of our Communities of Faith Support Ministers, by emailing Melody Duncanson-Hales at firstname.lastname@example.org or Diane Matheson-Jimenez at email@example.com for more details.
Camp Duncan does not offer children’s programming but is available to rent between July 1 and August 31.
