Summer Job opportunity with Canadian Shield Region: Youth Engagement Coordinator (9 positions available)
Canadian Shield RC is hiring! This summer we are offering positions to young people (ages 18 – 30) who are post-secondary students or recently graduated from secondary/post-secondary education that are actively involved in contextual social justice-based conversations such as: anti-racism, environmental, queer issues, harm reduction, Indigenous, mental health, public health, housing, and spirituality. This summer will focus on the desire for community and connection in this virtual time, while we share in building a community of love and service with one another.
Duties include: engagement through social media platforms, supporting Communities of Faith, resource development, hosting events, facilitating conversations.
