On Thursday, January 28th, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., the Canadian Shield Regional Council presents “Accepting God’s Invitation to Journey Through Lament to Hope” – a ministry personnel event hosted by retired minister, Janet Norman.  

Through the experience of scripture. journaling, reflection, sharing and prayer, we will name and acknowledge our laments and losses and open ourselves to hearing God’s invitation to move to hope with trust and confidence.  

Janet Norman in a retired Diaconal minister.  Janet served at St. Andrew’s in Sault Ste. Marie for 33 years.  She is keen to encourage others as they explore their connection with God. Janet uses a variety of resources to help people explore their spirituality: scripture, story telling, journaling, silence, prayer, hymns, poems, art and movement.
