Town Hall Meeting

A key piece of this year’s Annual Meeting process will be a Town Hall meeting where Regional Council members will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss proposals in depth, to ask questions about the Budget, to meet Chair Elect Nominees, and to have a chance to visit in breakout rooms.

The Canadian Shield Regional Council is hosting this Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, October 7th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to this meeting. This is an opportunity for:
• A Regional Council Meeting (RCM) introduction and update;
• Information from Dave Jagger (Stewardship and Gifts Officer, Philanthropy United – General Council Office) and Melody Duncanson Hales (CSRC Staff) about M&S initiatives and information about the M&S Workshop being offered at the 2021 RCM;
• An introduction to the Regional Budget for 2022;
• Connection time with others in the region via breakout rooms; and,
• Viewing a video about The Manitou Art Collection.
